Larisa Ellis, D.D.S.
Dr. Ellis graduated from New York University, College of Dentistry in 2004. She then completed her residency at St. Mary’s Hospital in Waterbury CT, and has been practicing general dentistry in Old Saybrook and Waterford since 2006. Dr. Ellis thrives on seeing results in her patients that enhance their smiles and self-esteem, and feels the most rewarding part of her job is improving her patients’ quality of life and alleviating any pain. Dr. Ellis works with great empathy and compassion, and strives to change people’s perceptions of going to the dentist. She achieves this by providing comprehensive care with an emphasis on early detection and education to prevent dental diseases at the forefront.
Dr. Ellis was born in Kemerovo, Russia and is fluent in Russian. She now resides in Clinton with her husband, Richard, and her son, Kevin. In her free time, she enjoys participating with her son’s sports activities, going to the beach and taking long walks with her dog, Daisy.
Erin Silk, R.D.H.
Erin has been a Registered Dental Hygienist for 12 years, since she graduated from Community College of Rhode Island with a local anesthesia license. She is well varied in her skills and clinical knowledge, and has administrative experience. Erin has worked for us since October 2017 and we appreciate the energy she brings to our team. In her free time, Erin enjoys live music, the beach and spending time with her daughter.
Diana De’Conti, R.D.H.
Diana graduated from Lincoln College of New England Dental Hygiene school in 2012. Since becoming a hygienist, she has worked in Connecticut and New York City and has experience in general, pediatric and periodontal practices. In 2018 she became an Old Lyme resident and is excited to be a part of this community. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her family, working out, running, and spending time at the beach.
Lorena Medina-Herrera, Dental Assistant
Lorena has been a dental assistant for several years. Back in 2013, she received her dental assisting education from Boston Career Institute. Lorena has loved what she has done ever since. She believes that a career in helping others is incredibly rewarding. She enjoys working with professionals that she can learn from and that they will push her to take on new and challenging opportunities. Outside of the office, Lorena enjoys going to church and going out to eat with her husband.
